The Gifting Tree is now live!  If you wish to read more about the Gifting Tree, please visit this library page, it's shiny and updated.  Thanks Sadi-self!

Anyway, some general rules regarding the tree to keep in mind:

• Section 1. Rule 7:  Please visit the rules to read the rule in full, it is longer than what is displayed here.
  Begging is prohibited at all times.
  

  • Requesting free Wajas or items is only permitted on the dedicated Giveaway threads, and all related rules must be followed on the Giveaways and Newbie Giveaways boards.

• Section 5. Rule 15:
  Use of AI generated artwork is NOT permitted for sale or gifting.
  

  • AI generated artwork is not the artist’s own work, and as such will not be allowed to be sold on Wajas. Any attempts to claim it as your own work will be seen as theft.
  • AI generated artwork may be used for personal use only on the site, at the discretion of the user.

• Section 5. Rule 16:
  Gifting is a permanent action, and must be done freely as a generous act.
  

  • Gifts given to another user are considered a free and generous action given in good faith.
    • Gifts cannot be recovered by Staff if sent by mistake, it is the user's responsibility to ensure any gift is sent correctly. 
  • There can be no requirement for reciprocation when sending a gift to another user. If reciprocation is required, it is considered a trade or a sale.
  • These rules apply for all gifts sent on Wajas, including but not limited to use of:
    • The Gifting Tree
    • The Birthday Cake
    • User Transfers

• Section 7. Rule 3:
  Linearts drawn by other artists are allowed. 
  

  • However, players wishing to use lineart by other artists must abide by a strict set of rules.  If even one of these rules cannot be followed, the lineart cannot be sold on Wajas.
  • It must be clearly stated on the sales thread that the lineart was not drawn by the player.
    • An obvious, noticeable link to the lineart’s posted location must be included.  This means the lineart must be posted on a site like DeviantART where the artist is clearly noticeable, not copied from Photobucket or Imgur.
    • The link cannot just be to an artist’s main page.  The link must be directly to the lineart itself.  And on that posting, it must be clearly stated that the artist allows the lineart to be freely used.
      • The single alternative to the two above rules is a screenshot.  A screenshot of a message from the artist saying that the player has permission to sell the lineart on Wajas is also acceptable, if the artist was contacted directly.  The player must still be able to prove that the lineart belongs to the messaged artist.
  • All rules set by the original artists must be followed.  This means always leaving in the signature, or refraining from making edits if the artist forbids it.  Any adoptable found to be ignoring any of the original artist’s rules will be removed from the site, and any orders made with them will be required to be refunded.

  
  Caveat to the rule:  For the Gifting Tree, when you reveal what art you did, if line arts were used, you must credit the base that was used following all the rules above.

Here in the next few days, the Goblin items will be rotated.  We will be adding some old items and removing some of the existing items from the pool.  Consider this your warning!
