[user id="41469"] Where does your username come from? Averan is actually the name of an OC I came up with in high school! It shares the same first letter as my real name so I used it as my username, and it stuck. What are you passionate about on Wajas? Fades!!! And collecting all the pretty wajas I can get my paws on. (Sorry, scavenger hunters.... 😅) I also love making designs and dressups, though I struggle with committing to either in my own cave. Oops!! What do you collect? (On Wajas, irl, or both!)? On Wajas? The aforementioned fades, pretty wajas - mainly gen 2s - and windstars. IRL I collect plushies! ....not the waja breed, but stuffed animals. ;p My partner and I keep joking that we're eventually going to need a whole room in our apartment for them... it's kind of true though. Share one of your fondest memories related to Wajas. I love the user-run contests and games on Wajas, like Pear-a-Saber and Fades are Fabulous! The thing that got me playing again after a years-long semi-hiatus was the latter. I had been having a difficult mental health time, and having something to motivate me every day to get out of bed, log on, and do something fun to create something pretty helped me get into a better routine. Plus, it introduced me to a lot of really incredible people who I still love talking to regularly. It really goes to show that games and communities like Wajas can have a positive impact on your real life, too. :) Where are you from? Midwest US! I lived in Michigan for my whole life and then moved to Texas for a year. Now I'm back up in four-season-land, just in a different state from before. What are your hobbies or passions outside of Wajas? I love writing! I have also been a musician for most of my life and play clarinet, saxophone, and about a half-dozen other instruments. What game(s) are you currently playing? I'm usually about a year behind the cool new releases, so I just finished Dredge. I'm always playing Monster Hunter: World and Fortnite. I would love to hear some recommendations on games people like - especially smaller/indie games that I may not have heard of! What pets do you have/what would your dream pet be? I have three kitties that came into my life when I moved in with my partner! Mr. Orange Tabby is Cerberus; the tuxedo's name is Thanatos, and the dark tabby is Lucifer! They are the best boys, they are so silly and so sweet and make me smile every day. As for a dream pet? Unicorn. Cold weather or warm weather? They are both my enemy!!!
