Get to Know Staff - Bluee & Sadi

I used to roleplay on a Warrior Cats website, and when I made my account I wanted to use Bluefire, but that was already taken so my mom suggested adding an extra e. And then my friends would shorten it to Bluee when chatting outside of the roleplay. When it came to making a sona I modified my Warrior Cat character and shortened the name to just Bluee. I also have a really long name (both my first name and the entire name >>) so I really like having a short handle online. What are you passionate about on Wajas? Fades! What do you collect? (On Wajas, irl, or both!)? Wajas Items - Umm, everything? Haha. I like to say I let my hoarder side out on Wajas so it doesn’t come out as much IRL. Wajas - I like having LOTS of pretty custom pups for breedings fades ;) IRL - Flamingos, rocks, mountain themed things. Share one of your fondest memories related to Wajas. It’s hard to pick a distinct memory but I have a lot of fond feelings towards all my friends, old and new, on the site c; I feel very fortunate to have so many amazing friends! Where are you from? Alaska, near Anchorage (largest city). What are your hobbies or passions outside of Wajas? Hiking… especially on top of mountains (although getting up the mountain isn’t my favorite…) Gardening, reading, baking, cooking. Various crafty hobbies… I’m also really passionate about shopping/supporting small and/or local businesses when I can. I’m very fortunate to be in a position where I can do this and live somewhere where there are a lot of awesome places to support c; What game(s) are you currently playing? World of Warcraft, Stardew Valley, and Len’s Island What's your favorite place you've traveled to or have visited locally? My favorite place… I have no idea. BUT last summer I went to Sitka and Valdez (both towns in Alaska). Alaska is a really big state and so it can vary a lot depending on where you go! Below is a photo from Worthington Glacier, on the way to Valdez What pets do you have/what would your dream pet be? I have a dog (Scout) and a cat (River). No dream pets here, although I would like to get another cat so River could have a friend. Scout is still waiting for the first cat to move out. Pet tax: What are some things on your bucket list? Visiting Katmai National Park & Preserve, specifically the Valley of Ten Thousand Smokes (Alaska). Visiting Kennecott Mines National Historic Landmark (Alaska). Visiting Papakōlea Beach (Hawaii) Visiting Iceland. Various other national parks… Cold weather or warm weather? I mean, I like a nice warm spring or fall day… but if we’re talking hot vs cold… gimme the cold. Also, snow is so pretty. And the lack of bugs when I hike is amazing. Uhh, once upon a time Sadi was edgy and wanted to be cool and so she used the word "Sadique" for her username. Eventually it got shortened down to just Sadi, which is a lot less edgier than what she had before...and here we are, adult Sadi living with teen Sadi's choices. What are you passionate about on Wajas? .................... :) LOL I don't actually play play much anymore, as it seems like when I'm on I roll off to do staff stuff. But I guess events? Since that's what I am known for actually doing? That counts right? :sweats: What do you collect? (On Wajas, irl, or both!)? Uhh anything Owls, Foxes, and Gnomes. Both on site and IRL. On site I also collect uhh Pestering Demons? I think is what they are called, and anything sparkly or flower related. I'm not very big on gore items unless the design calls for that kind of dress up, so I don't collect much in the way of stuff like that. Share one of your fondest memories related to Wajas. Sparky telling me to shut up instead of Siri while she was driving. LOL. Nah, but in all honesty, many of my early Secret Santa events hold fond memories for me. Along with old skype calls with Wajas members. Game nights with STS' helpers, etc, etc. You said one and I said many. Where are you from? Originally New York, but I moved to North Carolina when I was seven and outside a brief stint of living in Illinois after high school, I've not left NC beyond a short trip here and there since. What are your hobbies or passions outside of Wajas? Uh...those are a thing? ;-; I do forum RP, not on here obviously, but just in general. I play League sometimes, just urf and aram because I am not good at the game. And I'm really drawing a blank here, I suddenly have never enjoyed anything in my life. Please just take those two things...OH I do like "cozy" games. Harvest Moon, Rune Factory, you know stuff like that. K that's all I have, bye. What game(s) are you currently playing? Urf is out, so I am living off that. I'm waiting for BG3 to go on sale again (a bigger sale than 10%), because I don't actually know if I'll like it, it's not my typical game and I refuse to buy it full price when I'm about 70% sure I'll stop playing after 5-10 hours. What's your favorite place you've traveled to or have visited locally? I don't travel much, so sticking basic and just saying going back to New York to see my dad. I don't like very busy on the go trips. I am a homebody, I want to just sit around and chill when I go places. A day or two out and about is fine, but mostly I am happy sitting outside on the porch and just hanging out. Busy trips just stress me out. Did three out of state trips last year and the NY one was my favorite. What pets do you have/what would your dream pet be? I've got three shih tzu's: Valek (V), Adelaide (Addie), and Scarlett (Skrt), and I also have one voidling cat Finn (or a number of other names depending on my mood and his behavior). We're talking about later down the road - not right now, financially I know I can't afford it, but when we get more comf, getting a Newfie. I want something bigger (much bigger LOL), and after researching a lot, and talking to some owners of them, I really want to go that route.
