While going over all of the contests from Halloween on Social Media, I realized there was a lot of misc questions, so I figured it might be time to do a Social Media FAQ and Guide post. On top of posting here with it, I am going to be posting the images for the guide on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Trying to cover all my bases just to ensure everyone sees it. I am also posting here to provide a text version for those who need one. Twitter and Instagram both have massive character limits that my rambling often exceeds.

Now, on to the fun guide bits! Posted are the images I used on SM to cover everything. Like I said, SM has a character limit, so images are my best friend. That in mind, the images are pretty big in size, so if your internet cannot handle that, don't click and just use this text version instead.

Basic Questions

What is Wajas?
Wajas is a sandbox style, browser game, where you get to design, create, and dress-up Wajas (wolf-like creatures). There are 16 different breeds to choose from, as well as loads of markings/mutations, and thousands of items, so there's a lot of room for creativity! Our community is active on a forum, and is great. You should check us out!

Why do I care about Wajas Social Media stuff?
Social Media is and has been for awhile, the big way to get word out there about your business. While Wajas sees all of its members as extended family, we are still a business and in order to continue growing, we need to advertise on social media and the like. This is also where you come in. Word of mouth is one of the best ways to garner interest! So if you want to help Wajas grow, partaking in our social media contests is a great way to support us. Also, there's a lot of fun games and contests!

FAQ Answers

How do I find my ID on site?
First off, you need an account on Wajas. If you haven't made one yet, that's your first step! After you've made your account and logged in, look to the left. You should see your avatar, whatever it may be, and beneath that is your name. Under your name is a number, that is your ID!

How do I submit things to Sadi on site when she requires it?
The easiest route is to go to your Message page and click "new message", it will take you to a new page, under "send message to" insert her ID (4591) and then you just insert a title and your message and then send it through.

Who uses the Social Media Platforms?
It is only Estuko (owner of Wajas, account #1) or Sadi (Social Butterfly of Wajas, account #4591) posting on our Social Media platforms and responding to messages on them. The only exception to this is Youtube. In order to bring different content to our Youtube page, sometimes other Artists or Staff members of Wajas might take that over. We do try to make it clear at all times who is hosting the lives.

What can Estuko or Sadi help with on these platforms?
We ask that you keep our Social Media platform for Social Media stuff. If you have an on site issue, please deal with it on site. That means PMs regarding being frozen, having issues with users or staff members, reporting a post, etc belongs on www.Wajas.com or in our moderator email here: mods@wajas.com. We are happy to help, but for the fastest response to your issue(s), it is best to post them where they belong, and in the instance of the above topics, we're just going to redirect you to either sending things in on site or to the staff email.

What if I want to retrieve an account I no longer have access to?
Wajas staff can certainly help with that! We're happy to have you back. However, please either PM a Silver feathered staff member on site or send an email to our moderator email here: mods@wajas.com with any relevant information you might have (login name, birthday, email, etc) and they will get back to you as quickly as possible!

Where should I post questions regarding games?
While you can post questions on the Social Media post announcing the game, there's a chance it may be missed in the influx of new responses. For faster results, you can also post on site by going to FORUMS - Staff Minigames - STAFF MINIGAME (or click HERE): Questions and pinging Sadi there by doing "@4591" and posting your question. She tries to check on site off and on through the day unless in real life stuff catches up to her.

How can I check if a Social Media game has had prize sent out?
We have a spreadsheet! Sadi works hard to ensure every game / contest both on site and on Social Media is posted there along with its prize status! Can I suggest a game? Sure! Sadi cannot guarantee she'll do any games suggested, but she's always happy to take a peek at new ideas for something fun! Send her a message on site at account 4591 and she'll get to it as quickly as she can!

How to post an image

Facebook and Twitter are actually pretty easy! They let you post directly onto the original post, and so that's all you have to do. Download your image to your phone or computer, look for the camera sign on Facebook, or the landscape sign on Twitter, click them and you can select your images you want to upload! These markings may vary based on what device you are using, this is just what shows for my computer and phone.
- Facebook only allows one image to be uploaded at a time in replies.
- Twitter only allows four images to be uploaded at a time in replies.

When entering contests that requires an image to be posted on Instagram, you'll have to save the image to your phone or computer, and upload it to your Instagram page. Tag Wajas by tagging Wajas_INC and then link back to www.Wajas.com. Make sure you post your ID! Also throw in a few relevant hashtags for fun! Then go back to the original Wajas_INC game post, respond to it with "Entered, ID #" and you're in!

Tips and Tricks

- When posting in response to a game like Bingo that requires you to make multiple posts in a row, don't post too fast! Give it a bit of time in between each post, otherwise it thinks you are spamming and will hide your post.
- Always make sure your privacy settings are set to public when entering a sharing post game/raffle. If I can't see it on your page when I check entries, it doesn't count!
- Always include your ID. Even if I don't ask for it. You never know when I might toss out 'thanks for chatting' prizes randomly!
- We love hashtags when posting things for Wajas. We love seeing them because they gain exposure! Keep them relevant though! Showing off a Waja dressed as a tiger? Hit that #tiger!
- Check back often, you never know when we'll post a new game or discussion and we love seeing your responses!
